Brendan Michael LeBlanc Conway, of Franklin, MA, passed away March 23, 2015 in Boston at the age of 32 after fighting a valiant battle with Lynch Syndrome associated colon cancer.
Before the onset of his illness, Brendan was living in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, employed as a Local 158 laborer, working on heavy civil infrastructure projects including hydro-electric facilities, pipelines, and directional drilling communication projects.
Brendan is an alum of Boston College High School, class of 2000.
Brendan attended UMass Amherst, where he was a member of the Kappa Omicron Chapter of the Alpha Phi Omega Fraternity and the Omega Delta Fraternity, active in the Newman Center, and a rugby player.
Brendan leaves behind his mother, Jeanne LeBlanc of Franklin; brother Patrick and wife Amanda Conway of Phoenix, Arizona; sister Elizabeth LeBlanc Conway of Houston, Texas; sister Rachael LeBlanc Conway of Boston; his father Bernard Conway and wife Jeniffer Ann of Cotuit and her children Rhiannon, Shane, and Devon of Newton; grandson of Angela M. Conway residing in Quincy, MA and the late Gerald Conway, Francis and Margaret LeBlanc; along with a multitude of aunts, uncles, and cousins, near and far.
Visiting hours in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Ave., DORCHESTER, Friday 4-8 P.M.
Funeral Mass in St. Gregory Catholic Church, 2223 Dorchester Avenue, Dorchester, MA 02124, on Saturday morning, March 28, at 10 A.M.
Interment in New Calvary Cemetery, Roslindale, immediately following the Funeral Mass.
