Brother of Marie F. O'Brien of Dedham, Rita Harrington of Randolph, and the late Elizabeth H. Devin, Joseph Fred Heger Jr., Sr. Josephine Marie, Theresa Donnelly, Margaret R. McKenna, James R., Robert J., and Paul F. Heger.
Devoted uncle of Honey O'Brien, granduncle of Joanie Shea, and great-granduncle of Annmarie Grace Shea and Gavin Andrew Shea.
Survived by many other nieces and nephews.

Late retired equipment operator at the MBTA for over 35 years, member of the Teamsters Local # 589, and shuttle driver for Phillip's House for 9 years.
