Sgt. Fulco served proudly in the United States Air Force. He was a former electronics technician for the U.S. Postal Service in Boston. Ed loved his children more than himself. He was an avid gardener, he could make a plastic plant bloom. Ed was known for his zany sense of humor, and his gift of gab.
