Ewa (Balinski) Logan

LOGAN, Ewa (Balinski). In Brighton, formerly of Poland, died peacefully surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness on January 5, 2022.

Beloved wife of Daniel E. Logan Jr.

Loving mother of Daniel E. Logan III and his fiancé Julia Lombardo of Waltham, and Julia N. Logan of Brighton.

Daughter of the late Henry Balinski and Zofia (Sosnowski) Balinski.

Sister of Gosia Biskup of Poland and Agnes Stanek of Dedham.

Daughter-in-law of Nancy A. Logan of Quincy and the late Daniel E. Logan.

Sister-in-law of Denise Stewart of Quincy, Nancy and her husband Charles Hill of Weymouth, and Kelley Logan of Rhode Island.

She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor and remember Ewa's life by gathering for a Funeral Mass in St. Margaret Church of St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish, 800 Columbia Road, Dorchester, on Wednesday morning, January 12, 2022, at 11 A.M.

Burial will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.

Ewa worked as a clerk in the City of Boston Registrar's office, as a cafeteria manager at the Mary Lyon Grammar School in Brighton, and finally, as a crossing guard for the City of Boston in Brighton for many years.
