Loving brother of Donald L. and his wife Peggy Cotter of Foxboro, and the late James E. Cotter.
Brother-in-law of Agnes B. Cotter of Quincy and the late Ann P. Cotter.
Uncle of Grace Regan, Kelly Kostenbauer, Michael Cotter, Leslie Cooke, Christine Cooke, Donny Cotter, and Danny Cotter.
Lovingly remembered by many 15 grandnieces and grandnephews.
Dear lifetime friend of Bobby McMahon of Rockland and Kathleen Grace of Dorchester.
Life companion of Stanley Derby of Dorchester and Beverly.

Late retired plumber for the Boston Housing Authority for over 25 years and member of the Plumber's Local #12 for over 35 years.
Frank was an avid supporter of St. William's Band.

Interment in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
