Beloved husband of Phyllis E. (Balzi) for over 65 years.
Loving father of Diana M. and her husband Walter Seyfert of Pembroke, Michael J. and his wife Jane Smeglin of Quincy, Anthony M. and his wife Anne Smeglin of Williamstown, Christine L. Chaudhary and Mark Smith of Quincy, and Andrea J. Smeglin and her fianc William Brennan of Pembroke.
Brother of the late Ferdinand Smeglin.
Survived by 9 grandchildren and the late Lt. JG Christopher E. Smeglin, 3 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass in St. Margaret Church of Blessed Mother Teresa Parish, Thursday morning, August 4, at 10 A.M.
