Loving sister of Artis Wagner III of Texas and Shelly Brown of Alaska.

Aunt of the late Rone' Annise and Tyanna Shalie Brown.

Niece of Wilma Daniels of Maryland.

Cousin of Claretta Daniels and Oscar J. Daniels.

Daughter-in-law of Pastor Samuel Bulgin and Roseclaire Bulgin of Georgia.

Sister-in-law of Paul Bulgin of Georgia.

Hadassah graduated from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama, Class of 1994. She was a PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit Partner.

Family and friends will honor and remember Hadassah by gathering for a visitation in Dorchester Waymark Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1048 Dorchester Avenue, Dorchester, on Monday, February 21, 2022 at 12:00 Noon.

Followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00 P.M.
