Having unquestionable faith in Jesus Christ who was raised from the dead, our family is deeply mournful to announce that our husband, father, and grandfather, Mr. Hien Thuong Nguyen of Quincy, Massachusetts, has peacefully passed away at home on December 14, 2016 at 11:00 P.M. at the age of 79 years.
Husband of Hang T. Do.
He leaves behind a large and loving family, but his spirit and his gentleness remain in all our hearts.
He was born in Phat Diem, Vietnam and was a loving father of six children.
Oldest child Ha Nguyen and husband Phu Nguyen of Quincy, Hung Nguyen and wife Lien Nguyen of Canton, Thuy-Nhung Nguyen and husband Hiep Chu of Dorchester, Hoai Nguyen and husband Minh Huynh of Fairfax, Virginia, Duyen Nguyen and husband Kha Nguyen of Braintree, and Lan-Anh Nguyen and husband Quan Pham of Canton.
He was also survived by 13 grandchildren whom he dearly loved.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Avenue, DORCHESTER, Friday 5-9 P.M.
Funeral Mass in St. Ambrose Church, 240 Adams Street, Dorchester, Saturday morning, December 17, at 10 A.M.
Interment in St. Mary Cemetery, 245 North Street, Randolph.
