Irene A. O'Shea

Of Dorchester, originally of South Boston, died peacefully at home on Friday, August 15th, 2025.

Beloved Daughter of the late Robert G. O’Shea Sr. and the late Kathleen E. (Keough) O’Shea.

Loving sister of Roberta Hatch, Rita Moynihan, Joyce O’Shea, Ginger Jones, Robert O’Shea Jr., Patricia O’Shea, Caryn O’Shea-Feeney, and the late Maureen Lafferty, Kathy O’Shea, Connie O’Shea Reeves, and Aunt to the late Gerry Ferrara and Ryan O’Shea.

She is survived also by many nieces and nephews.

Irene was a huge sports fan and particularly enjoyed watching the New England Patriots and any March Madness games. But more than anything, Irene loved the Rolling Stones and was Mick Jagger’s number one fan for most of her life.

The Family will honor the life of Irene privately.
