Devoted father of Mary Ann and her husband Robert A. MacLeod of Pembroke, and the late Jacob W. Bluemling Jr. Brother of the late Albert and Edward Bluemling, and Mary Elizabeth Dinger.

Loving grandfather of Mark C. and his wife Young Hee, Keith W. and his wife Linda K., and Kristen E. and her husband James C. McGathey. Great-grandfather of Brenda Lee, Luke W., and Hannah K. Whited.

Visiting hours in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Ave., DORCHESTER, Tuesday 4-8 P.M. Funeral Mass in St. Mark Church, Wednesday morning, September 3, at 11 A.M. Relatives and friends invited. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury.

Veteran WWII - U.S. Coast Guard. Former employee of the Salada Tea Co., the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Fogg Museum. Late member of the Castle Island Association.
