Son of the late Joseph James and Esther Bridget (Rowan) McDevitt.
Brother of Barbara Colucci of Braintree, Robert McDevitt of Chestnut Hill, and Michael and his wife Karen McDevitt of Quincy.
Son-in-law of Marie Mustacchia Lamy and the late Gerard Lamy.
Brother-in-law of Ed and Kitty Nagem, John and Mary Beth Ferguson, Blake and Patty Kumen, Bobby and Amy Lamy, and Therese Pansano.
Survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Mass in St. Agatha Church, 440 Adams St., Milton, Saturday morning, November 6th, at 10:30 A.M.

Jimmy was a Boat Captain with Madcon Corporation.
