Beloved son of Stanislawa (Kodyra) Kacprzak of Dorchester and Miroslaw Stryjewski of Brockton.
Loving brother of Peter T. and his wife Susan Stryjewski of West Bridgewater.
Grandson of Karolina Stryjewski of Braintree.
Devoted uncle of Ryan S. Hubbard and Brihanna G. Stryjewski.
Survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Family and friends will honor and remember Jan's life by gathering for visiting hours in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Ave., DORCHESTER, Monday, November 27th, from 4-8 P.M.
His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, November 28th, in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, South Boston, at 11:30 A.M.
Burial with military honors will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
Jan was a veteran of the Iraq War, proudly serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a member of the Pipefitters Union Local #537.
