Loving father of John J. McIntyre III and his wife Michele of Weymouth, Christopher J. McIntyre of Dorchester, Patrick J. McIntyre and his wife Karen of Wilmington, Donna E. McPartland and her husband Frank of VA, Dyanne F. O'Brien and her husband Patrick of Brookline, Joanne M. "Jody" McEachern and her husband Joseph of Dorchester, Mary E. "Beth" O'Brien of Dorchester, and Kristin A. O'Brien of South Boston.

Devoted brother of Robert L. McIntyre and his wife Isabel of Dorchester, Teresa J. White and her late husband Frank of Quincy, David J. McIntyre of Quincy, Sr. Barbara McIntyre MSBT of PA, and Peter McIntyre and his wife Maryann of SC.

Survived by 18 grandchildren and numerous family and friends.

Adoring friend of Karen and her husband Ward Johnson of Dorchester.



Visiting hours in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Ave., DORCHESTER, Wednesday 4-8 P.M.

Funeral Mass in St. Ann Church, Neponset, Thursday morning, July 29, at 10 A.M.

Late member of the Knights of Columbus Redberry Council #117.

Former Treasurer of the Port Norfolk Yacht Club.
