A die-hard Boston sports fan and season ticket holder to all the Beantown teams even through the early heartbreak years. In recent years, he even developed a love of professional soccer because of Josh's passion for the sport. John was also a lover of the arts and enjoyed attending BSO concerts, exhibits at the MFA, plays and concerts with his wife Marcia.
Our family has been incredibly blessed by John's spirit of kindness, his gift of acknowledging everyone he met, and his empathy for young people. He will be truly missed by all who had the opportunity to know and experience his wisdom, smile, and sense of humor.
In honor of his memory, donations can be made to the Foundation To Be Named Later at FTBNL.org to pay forward his belief in the power of education for under–resourced young people.
