Beloved son of the late Thomas and Bridget (Foley) Regan.
Loving brother of Sister Mary T. Regan of Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth, Convent Station, New Jersey, and the late Thomas D. Regan, John Regan, and Sister Thomas Aquinas, SC, Convent Station.
Joe is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
Funeral services will be private.
Joe was a Veteran of the Korean war, serving in the U.S. Army. He was also a former custodian for the Boston Public Schools.
