HEGARTY, Margaret M. (Lynch). At Highgate Manor, Dedham, with family and friends at her side, formerly of South Boston and Dorchester, September 20th. Wife of the late William J. Loving mother of William J. Hegarty of Jamaica Plain, Katherine E. Hegarty of Hyde Park, Kevin M. and his wife Maria T. Hegarty of New Bedford, James B. Hegarty of Lynn, and the late John T. Hegarty. Sister of Mary Hardy of N. Chelmsford, Julia Cronin of Australia, Bridget Burke of NV, Celia Coogan and Frank Lynch, both of England, and the late Eileen Stovill, John and Michael Lynch. Survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandsons, and many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Ave., DORCHESTER, Sunday 4-8 P.M. Funeral Mass in St. Margaret Church of Blessed Mother Teresa Parish, Monday morning, September 24, at 10 A.M. Relatives and friends invited. Late retired Nurse's Aid at Boston City Hospital for over 15 years. Margaret is lovingly remembered by many friends of Mission Hill and other Boston neighborhoods in the best of times and the worst of times. Interment in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
