Maria Jadwiga (Szulga) Skwierawski

SKWIERAWSKI, Maria J. (Szulga). In Dorchester, died January 10, 2021.

Beloved wife of the late Boguslaw Skwierawski.

Daughter of the late Walter and Helen Szulga.

Sister of the late Eugene Szulga.

She is survived by her nieces, nephews and friends; Eugene Paul Szulga II and his fiancé Michelle Costa and their children Savannah and Noah, Kristine O'Neill and her husband Jarred and their daughter Arya, Melissa Szulga and her boyfriend Brian McCarthy and their daughter Emrie, Frank and Gretchen Faras. Her very good friends Debbie Jones, Cheryl, and her wonderful neighbors the Ramusiewicz

Maria enjoyed walks on the beach, traveling and baking. During her retirement she loved spending time at the local nursing homes baking and spending time with the elderly. She loved spending time with her cat Spider.

Thank you to Diane McCarthy who not only was Maria's caregiver, but her best friend. Our sincerest thanks for giving so much of yourself to provide the care and attention to Maria. Your compassionate touch helped Maria to brighten her day.

Family and friends will honor and remember Maria's life by gathering for a visiting hour in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Ave., DORCHESTER, on Saturday morning, January 16th, at 9 A.M.

Followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, South Boston, at 10 A.M. Burial will follow in New Calvary Cemetery, Roslindale.

Maria was a retired electronic controller for Raytheon Company for many years.
