TOON, Mark S. Suddenly, in Dorchester, died June 11, 2021, age 56 years.

Longtime companion of Denae E. Perry of Dorchester for over 15 years.

Beloved father of Aaliyah Ethelia Perry-Toon, Ronnesha Toon-Woods, Tonia Haynes-Toon, and Markia Days-Toon.

Granddad of Zyairee, Daleya, and Jacob.

Loving son of Charlotte (Downs) Toon Parham and the late Earl West.

Brother of Michael Toon, Carmen Mendes, Donna Parks, Linda Jones, Lesley "Lucky" Johnson, and other siblings, Earl West Sr., Ann-Marie Perry, Deborah West, Lisa West, Kenneth West, and Kyle West.

Mark is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mark was a former firefighter for the Waltham Fire Department and a former bouncer at Upstairs Downstairs Bar in Neponset. More recently, he worked construction, doing roofing and siding. His true passion was fishing, especially at Woods Hole in Falmouth.

Family and friends will honor and remember Mark's life by gathering for visiting hours in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Avenue, DORCHESTER, on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, from 4-7 P.M.
