Mary B. "Mady" (Healy) Reardon

Of Dorchester, died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on February 25, 2026.

Beloved wife of the late Joseph S. Reardon.

Loving mother of Stephen Reardon of Dorchester, Mary and her husband Daniel Long of South Boston, Joseph Reardon of South Boston, and the late Jane Reardon.

Devoted “Grandma” of Stephen Reardon, Jane and her husband Brendan Kelly, Patrick Long and his fiancée Rebecca Scott, Kaitlyn and her husband Christopher Miller, and Ryan Long and Amanda Cloherty.

Cherished “Grandma Mary” of Liam, Madeline, Conor, Sean, Tess, Teddy, Daniel, Thomas, Emma, Joseph, Jack, Bridget, and Nicholas.

Sister of the late Eileen Cannata and Patricia Kennedy.

Mother-in-law of Linda Reardon.

Mary is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor and remember Mary’s life by gathering for visiting hours in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Ave., DORCHESTER, on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Brendan Church, 593 Gallivan Boulevard, Dorchester, on Thursday morning, March 5, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.

Burial will follow in Mt. Benedict Cemetery, West Roxbury.

Mary was very proud of her Irish heritage and her Dorchester roots. She especially enjoyed trips to Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos, and her many shopping excursions.
