Patricia Clooney

Of Dorchester, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2023 at the age of 68 years.

Beloved daughter of the late Arthur J. and Teresa J. (Skehan) Clooney.

Loving mother of Katelyn E. Clooney of North Chelmsford and the late Courtney E. Clooney.

Sister of Marie Connell of Quincy, Dorothy Ryan of Braintree, Robert Clooney and John Clooney, both of Weymouth, and the late Kathleen Dewitt, Arthur Clooney, and Michael Clooney.

Patricia is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and Godchildren.

She was a friend to all who knew her.

Family and friends will honor and remember Patricia’s life by gathering for a visiting hour in St. Cecilia Church, 18 Belvidere Street, Boston, on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 12:00 noon. Followed by a Funeral Mass at 1:00 P.M.

Patricia was a retired nurse who loved helping others. She was a devout Catholic and former CCD teacher.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia’s memory may be made to the Inclusion Program at the Boys and Girls Club of Dorchester, 1135 Dorchester Avenue, Dorchester, MA 02125.
