FLAHERTY, Patrick J. In Dorchester, died January 19, 2019.

Beloved husband of Lorraine S. (Chaplik) Flaherty.

Son of the late Thomas and Nora (Walsh) Flaherty.

Loving brother of Patricia Dooley of Quincy, and the late Mary "Sis" Nee, Anne Whalen, Frances Kane, Agnes Crosson, and Teresa Dooley.

Survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, and great-grandnephews.

Family and friends will honor and remember Patrick's life by gathering for a funeral service in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Ave., DORCHESTER, on Wednesday morning, January 23, at 10 A.M.

Burial will follow in Cedar Grover Cemetery, Dorchester.

Visiting hours will be Tuesday from 4-8 P.M.

Patrick was a veteran of WWII in the U.S. Army. He was a retired employee of The Department of Defense for many years.
