Of Boston, formerly of Buffalo, New York, died suddenly on December 18, 2023.

Beloved son of the late Eugene and Adeline (Brzezowicz) Mann.

Loving brother of Richard Mann of Redondo Beach, California.

Family and friends will honor and remember Bob’s life by gathering for a visiting hour in St. Cecilia Church, 18 Belvidere Street, Boston, on Thursday morning, December 21, 2023 at 9:00 A.M. Followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M.

Burial will take place in St. Adalbert Cemetery in Cheektowaga, New York.

Bob was born in Buffalo, New York, on April 16, 1952. He attended Bishop Turner High School in Buffalo and graduated in 1970, and then St. Bonaventure University in New York, graduating in 1974. He started his career in the computer industry working for I.B.M. in Poughkeepsie, New York. He then moved to Boston in 1982 and settled in the Back Bay. Over his career he worked for several computer companies as a performance engineer, most recently at Kforce in Boston. Bob was an active member of St. Cecilia Parish, volunteering as a lector at Masses. He was an avid Boston sports fan, and was a proud Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots season ticket holder.
