Sabino F. "Salvie" DePascale

Of Dorchester, died June 5, 2024 at the age of 94 years.

Beloved husband of the late Margaret M. “Margie” (Cronin) DePascale.

Devoted son of the late Angelo and Flora (Berinato) DePascale.

Loving brother of the late Charlie and his wife Peggy DePascale.

Brother-in-law of Harley and his late wife Barbara Ostis, Maureen and her late husband Robert Cronin, and the late Catherine McDermott, Francis Cronin, Mary Cronin, Edward Cronin, Thomas Cronin, Joseph Cronin, and John and his wife Claire Cronin.

Salvie is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

Family and friends will honor and remember Salvie’s life by gathering for visiting hours in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Ave., DORCHESTER, on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Margaret Church of St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish, on Wednesday morning, June 12^th, at 10:00 A.M.

Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden.

Salvie was a proud veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Army.

He was an avid New England Patriots fan and longtime season ticket holder. He loved the Boston Celtics and admired Ted Williams of the Boston Red Sox. He especially enjoyed attending his many grandnieces and nephews sporting events and spending time with family.
