SADOWSKI, Stanley F. Of Dorchester, died January 16, 2022.

Beloved husband of the late Carol E. (Smigelski) Sadowski.

Loving father of MaryAnn Sadowski of Dorchester, Paula S. and her husband Kevin Thimble of Hilton Head, SC, and Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and the late Susan Sadowski.

Brother of the late Julius Sadowski, Thaddeus Sadowski, and Phyllis Tymac.

Devoted "Dziadzi" of Captain Matthew Thimble, U.S. Army, Rachel Thimble, and Christina Thimble.

Survived by 3 nieces and 1 nephew.

Family and friends will honor and remember Stanley's life by gathering for visiting hours in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Ave., DORCHESTER, on Monday, January 24, 2022 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, South Boston, on Tuesday morning, January 25, at 10 A.M.

Burial will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Roslindale.

Stanley was a veteran, serving in the U.S. Army. He was a retired schoolteacher for the City of Quincy public school system and a mail sorter for the U.S Postal Service for many years.

He was a lifelong active member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish, serving as an usher, lector, altar server, and member of the parish council. He also was an avid supporter of, and actively involved with, the Krakowiak Polish Dancers of Boston for over 25 years.
