Susan Lianne (Hagerty) Stoddard

Passed away suddenly in her home on Maple Street in Marlborough, Massachusetts on February 7^th, 2023. Born on March 21^st, 1970 survived by her loving daughter Madeline Stoddard of 21 years.

Susan was born in Dumfernline, Scotland in 1970 and moved to the United States at 3 years old to Winchester, Ma in 1973. She graduated from Winchester High School in 1988 then moved into her passionate career of landscape and design. She met her now ex-husband Glen Stoddard at a young age of 17 and got married in 1998. Though divorced in 2005, they shared a close relationship to support and raise their daughter together up to her passing.

She was a very compassionate person always thinking and supporting of others. Susan was a devoted mother and always was there for her daughter.

She will be remembered by her daughter Madeline Stoddard, her siblings: Richard Doig, Nicola Mahoney, Steven Hagerty. Her mother Elizabeth Klapp, and her ex-husband Glen Stoddard.

Family and friends will honor and remember Susan’s life by gathering for visiting hours in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Avenue, DORCHESTER, on Monday evening, February 20, 2023 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
