Theresa J. "Chickie" (Provenzano) Pacitti

Of Dorchester, died February 17, 2023.

Beloved wife of the late John R. Pacitti.

Loving mother of John and his wife Linda Pacitti of Florida, Gail M. Hobin and Gil Vermette of Braintree, Robert and his wife Sharen Pacitti of Quincy, and the late Richard P. Pacitti. Mother-in-law of Mary Ellen Pacitti of Canton.

Daughter of the late Vincenzo and Angelica (Aloisi) Provenzano.

Sister of the late Mary and Joe Briana, Connie and Al Gaeta, Kay and Jim Flynn, Ellie and Bob Conway, Mike and Lena Provenzano, Al and Eileen Provenzano, and Gene and Mary Provenzano.

Sister-in-law of the late Loretta and Joe Mirasola, Mary McLeod, and Clara Amalfitano.

Survived by 10 grandchildren, and the late Craig T. Hobin, 32 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor and remember Theresa’s life by gathering for visiting hours in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Ave., DORCHESTER, on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Gate of Heaven Church, 615 East Fourth Street, South Boston, on Thursday morning, February 23^rd, at 10:00 A.M.

Burial will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.

The Pacitti Family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff at 125 Amory Street, PACE Program, for their loving and compassionate care of their mother, and a special thank you to Terry Davis for being such a good friend.
