CHRISTOPHER, Walter "Butchie". Suddenly, in Delray Beach, Florida, formerly of Quincy, July 24th, age 62 years.
Beloved father of Melissa and her husband Dave Cartner of North Vancouver, British Columbia, and Gina Christopher, and their mother Anne Valiante, both of Plymouth.
Son of William Christopher of New York and the late Barbara (Kaczka) Christopher.
Loving brother of William "Buddy" and his wife Mary Christopher of Dorchester, Gerard and his wife Debra Christopher of Quincy, Cathy and her husband Pete Simpson of New Hampshire, and Michelle and her husband Sean Cook of Colorado.
Survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Dear companion of Celine Harris of Florida.
A celebration of Walter's life will be held in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Ave., DORCHESTER, Thursday, July 30, from 4-6 P.M.
Relatives and friends invited.
Interment private.
