Brother of Ann M. Phelan of West Roxbury, and the late Stephen Feeney.
Brother-in-law of Roberta and Jann Taro of NH.
Devoted grandfather of Jonathan, Stephanie, Jillian, and Jaclyn.
Survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Boo Boo's life will be held in the John Madden room at the Savin Hill Apartments, 130 Auckland St., Dorchester, on Saturday, December 14, from 12-3 P.M.
Relatives and friends invited.
